  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for select items (subject to availability).

1.2 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the order, and the destination. The total cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.


2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

2.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, such as holidays or sales events.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Arrives within 1 business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date, except for Next-Day Shipping.


3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Domestic Shipping

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3.2 P.O. Box and APO/FPO Shipments

We accept orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that some shipping methods may not be available for these addresses.


4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

4.1 Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us at info@blushnapoo.com.

4.2 Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been successfully delivered.


5. SHIPPING DELAYS AND ISSUES

5.1 Delayed Shipments

In the event of shipping delays, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you promptly.

5.2 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@blushnapoo.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. In the case of damaged items, we may request that you provide photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund, as per our Refund and Returns Policy.


6. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

6.1 Changing Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

6.2 Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us at info@blushnapoo.com to cancel your order. After the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.


7. SIGNATURE REQUIRED

7.1 Signature on Delivery

For certain high-value items or orders placed with expedited shipping, a signature may be required upon delivery. This requirement will be noted in your order confirmation.


8. RETURN SHIPPING

8.1 Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed instructions on returning items.
