1. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. The available shipping methods and rates depend on your location, the size of your order, and your preferred delivery time.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and is calculated at checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping: Orders placed with overnight shipping will arrive the next business day, provided the order is placed before 1:00 PM EST. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Processing Time for Custom Orders: If your order includes personalized or custom items, processing times may vary. We will notify you if there are any delays.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. We are unable to ship internationally at this time. We offer shipping to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@blushnapoo.com for assistance.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or issues with the carrier. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or in the case of unexpected delays.

If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@blushnapoo.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.

Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage to help us expedite the claims process with the carrier.

7. Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Blushnapoo is not liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, and we will attempt to correct it before the order ships.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These offers will be clearly indicated on our website or during checkout. Free shipping applies only to orders placed within the United States and may be subject to terms and conditions.
